Please use the following directions when you arrive at the fairgrounds:

  1. Once your group’s vehicle enters through the Monte Vista parking gate (19th Ave. & Monte Vista), drive down to the drop-off area near Admission Gate 4.

The teacher/designated chaperone responsible for the group will bring the printed copy of the confirmation letter to the check-in table and present it to Arizona State Fair staff for check-in. Be sure to get an accurate head count for both students and chaperones before coming to the check-in table and be prepared to give that number to check-in staff.

  4. Once the group is checked in, the entire group, along with all the students and adults present, will advance to the entrance and enter through the admission gate. The teacher/designated chaperone should enter first and give the confirmation letter to the ticket taker for admission of the group. Any students or chaperones not entering with the group will not be allowed to enter during field trip hours but will need to wait until gates open at 12 noon to join the group.
