STATEMENT OF LOCATIONS WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF THE ARIZONA EXPOSITION AND STATE FAIR BOARD WILL BE POSTED

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A)(1)(a), the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Board will be posted at the office of the Arizona Exposition and State Fair at 1826 W. McDowell Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85007. The above notices for all meetings will also be posted on the Arizona Exposition and State Fair website at azstatefair.com.

Notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.

Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Executive Office at 602-252-6771. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.

NOTICE OF WORKSHOP OF THE ARIZONA EXPOSITION AND STATE FAIR BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38.431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board and to the general public that the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board will hold a Workshop on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 11:30 A.M. at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park, 20000 South Maricopa Road, Chandler, Arizona 85226, for the purpose of touring property for the potential hosting of the 2021 Arizona State Fair.

No action on any matters will be taken.

NOTICE OF COMBINED PUBLIC MEETING AND EXECUTIVE SESSION OF THE ARIZONA EXPOSITION AND STATE FAIR BOARD

Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38.431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board and to the general public that the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board (“Board”) will hold a meeting open to the public on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Rawhide Steak House, Sunset Room, 5700 W North Loop Road, Chandler, Arizona 85226. Pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38.431.03(A)(7), the Board may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, for the purpose of discussions and negotiations for the lease of real property.

Items on this agenda may be discussed out of the order reflected below, unless they have been specifically noted to be set for a certain time. Members of the Board may attend either in person or by telephone, video, or internet conferencing.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

A. Consideration of Approval of Board Meeting Minutes of February 25, 2021.

B. Discussion and/or Appropriate Action on Letter of Agreement for the rental of Wild Horse Pass

Development Authority property for the 2021 Arizona State Fair.

The Board may vote to go into Executive Session to consult with and instruct its representatives, as

authorized by A.R.S.§ 38.431.03(A)(7).

C. Open Call to the Public

D. Set Next Meeting Date

E. Adjourn

In March 2018, the Governor’s Office, the State Historic Preservation Office, Arizona State University, the historical community, stakeholders and our neighbors, played a significant role in the ability of AESF to conduct the March 2018 charrette to explore the betterment of the Fairgrounds.
