It’s finally that time of year! Fair season is officially here, and along with the rides, games and concerts comes one of the best parts of the Arizona State Fair: the food!
From over-the-top sweets and refreshing drinks to cheesy, spicy and completely unexpected creations, this year’s vendors are bringing plenty of new flavors to the Fair.

Tasting your way through the Arizona State Fair has never been easier – or more delicious with $5 Fair Food Friday. Every Friday in October (October 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30) from Noon to 6 P.M., food stands across the Fair will offer special $5 tasting portions of iconic favorites like corn dogs, funnel cakes, and ice cream.
Come hungry, because the 2026 Arizona State Fair is serving up plenty of new reasons to take a bite out of a State of Wonder!
