The 2025 Arizona State Fair
Your Season to Grow Happiness Starts Now
PHOENIX, Ariz. (Aug. 26, 2025) – What began as an ag-based gathering on the outskirts of the Valley, has grown into one of the top 10 State Fairs in the country. The 2025 Arizona State Fair, is set to ‘Grow Happiness’ by digging into Arizona’s rich agricultural roots alongside multiple stages of continuous entertainment, adrenaline pumping rides, and your Fair Food favorites, all in one memory-making hub.
The Fair runs from September 19 through October 26, operating Thursdays through Sundays. It kicks off with the exciting ‘September Nights’ series from September 19 through 28 when admission gates open at 5 p.m. Starting Thursday, October 2, admission gates open at 12 p.m. daily for the remainder of the season.
New for 2025: September Nights
The all-new September Nights experience brings exclusive evening-only entertainment, unbeatable value, and exciting promotions not available in October. Included with Fair admission, guests can enjoy world-class performances by the Shanghai Circus Acrobats, jaw-dropping BMX stunt shows, and thrilling Reverse Figure 8 Racing. The lineup also features three nights of live wrestling, energetic tribute bands performing nightly, and a breathtaking drone show lighting up the sky above the Coliseum. It’s all part of an incredible value that makes September Nights one of the best ways to experience the Fair.
September-only promotions include:
- Dream Pass: Includes 10 rides or games for $45 plus free Fair admission ($17.50 value) when purchased online before Sept 18. On-site, discounted rides and games are still available through the FunPass app or any ticket kiosk (admission not included).
- Munchie Madness: Get $16 worth of food for just $10 starting at 10 PM. Designed for those late-night cravings after a few rounds on the ferris wheel.

October: The Classics Return, Plus Arizona State Fair’s First Ever Sold-Out Fair Concert
Starting in October, the Fair shifts to daytime hours opening at noon and expands with even more things to do, see and taste. This year marks a milestone with the first sold-out concert in Arizona State Fair history featuring a local band that’s gone national.
2025 Coliseum Concert Series – Presented by the Arizona Lottery.
All shows take place at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Each concert ticket includes Fair admission.
- The Format – Saturday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m. (SOLD OUT)
- AJR – Friday, October 3 at 7 p.m.
- Reik – Friday, October 10 at 7 p.m.
- Mastodon – Friday, October 17 at 7 p.m.
- Brett Eldredge – Saturday, October 18 at 7 p.m.
- 2 Chainz – Friday, October 24 at 7 p.m.
- The Cult – Saturday, October 25 at 7 p.m.
Also coming to the Fair:
- CoComelon: Sing-A-Long LIVE – Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5 at 2 p.m.
A ticket to the Arizona State Fair comes packed with incredible value, including free entertainment for all ages. Guests can experience high-octane action with monster trucks, X-treme Bull Riding, rodeos, and more. Enjoy nightly tribute bands on the Backyard Stage, explore petting zoos and agricultural exhibits, and take in performances from local dance troupes, musicians, hoop dancers, comedians, hypnotists, magicians, and cultural showcases. Fairgoers can also stroll through exhibit halls filled with arts and crafts entries competing for blue ribbons – highlighting Arizona’s homegrown talent and creativity. Halls are packed with homegrown creativity from quilting to canning, art, baking, and agricultural exhibits. Educational demonstrations and live displays give guests hands-on ways to learn something new.

- Feel Good Fridays: Presented by Sanderson Ford and benefitting St. Mary’s Food Bank, bring 7 cans of non-perishable food items on October 3, 10, 17, and 24, from noon to 6 PM, and receive one free admission ticket.
- Food Flight Fridays: Enjoy $5 tasting items from every vendor on October 3, 10, 17, and 24, from noon to 6 PM. With the Food Flight Pass (pre-purchased online), you’ll also receive Fair admission, 5 tasting vouchers, and a souvenir lanyard. Without the pass, $5 items are still available, but admission and lanyard are not included.
- Friends 55+ Day: Guests ages 55 and better receive free admission on Friday, Oct 3 from 12 PM to 6 PM with password FRIENDS (limit 2 tickets per person).
- Armed Forces Day presented by USAA: Free admission for military personnel on Friday, Oct 17 from 12 PM to 6 PM with code USAAFAIR (limit 4; military ID required).
- Read and Ride: The only way to earn free carnival rides! Kids can grow their love of reading and be rewarded with free ride tickets.. Details at https://azstatefair.com/readandride/
- Free Shuttle – Runs every 20 minutes from Phoenix College on Fridays (5 PM) and weekends (12 PM); last return at 11 PM. No shuttles on Thursdays.
