Bienvenido al aula más interactiva de Arizona: ¡la Feria Estatal de Arizona!
Nos enorgullece ofrecer oportunidades educativas interactivas para grupos escolares públicos, privados, concertados y de educación en el hogar. Las excursiones son GRATUITAS para todos los participantes, tanto estudiantes como acompañantes adultos, e incluyen un plan de estudios alineado con los estándares estatales del Departamento de Educación de Arizona para inglés, matemáticas, ciencias y estudios sociales.
Cómo funciona la excursión a la Feria Estatal de Arizona:
- REGÍSTRESE – Complete the online Field Trip Registration Form. Register your field trip by October 1! Register HERE
- CONFIRMAR – A confirmation email will be sent after your registration is confirmed. This form is to be PRINTED and brought with your group on the day of your field trip. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your request to be processed. Prior to your confirmed attendance date, a reminder email will be sent with check-in details. All registered children and adult chaperones will be admitted FREE of charge when checking in as a registered group. More specific details regarding the check-in process will be emailed closer to the designated field trip dates.
- LLEGADA – All field trip groups MUST check in at the designated gate between 11:00 AM and 12:00 Noon. Field trip groups are required to present a PRINTED COPY of their confirmation email to gain entrance into the Fair. Admission will be charged to chaperones entering separately from their group. Field trip groups MUST enter the Fair prior to 12:00 Noon. No field trip check-ins will be allowed after 12:00 Noon (even if the group has pre-registered).

We encourage field trips to carpool whenever possible. School buses receive complimentary parking; however, all personal/private cars and vans will be charged a per vehicle parking fee on all Field Trip days. Convenient parking is available on both our Main Lot (accessible at 19th Avenue & Monte Vista), and our West Lot (accessible off Encanto west of 19th Avenue), starting at 11:00 AM. ADA parking is available on our Main Lot.

- Cross-Curricular Educational Opportunities and Interactive Curriculum (K-3rd Grade; Science, Social Studies, Math, Language Arts, Fine Arts)

No! ALL students and chaperones will be admitted for free when they enter with their field trip group during Field Trip entry hours between 11:00AM-12:00 Noon.
NOTA: For everyone’s safety and convenience, be sure that all students, chaperones, and drivers in your group planning to enter together are in attendance and grouped together prior to entrance through the admission gates. Individuals arriving and entering separate from their group will not be allowed early entry and will have to pay admission to enter the fair after the gates open to the public at 12:00 Noon.

If you are arriving in an unmarked personal/private vehicle, the parking fee is $20/vehicle at both our Main Lot (entry at 19th Ave and Monte Vista) and West Lot (entry west of 19th Ave off Encanto).

Yes, youth organization groups such as Boys and Girls Club, 4-H, and Boy and Girl Scouts may participate as a group in the AZSF Field Trip program during field trip designated dates/times (Oct 15, 16, and 22; 11:00 AM -12:00 Noon). Register for the AZSF Field Trip by completing the online registration form.
The AZSF Curriculum includes grade-level appropriate lesson plans and worksheets for grades K-3 and is linked to various exhibits at the Fair. Lessons and activities are aligned to ADE standards. The curriculum is provided free of charge to registered groups.
(11:00 am to 12:00 NOON) Several exhibits are open early just for the field trips! Exhibits that open at 11:00 AM include:

Your group may stay as long as you’d like! The Arizona State Fair is a HUGE interactive classroom that includes educational exhibits as well as competitive Fine Arts, Home Arts, Livestock Exhibits, and Community Stages. We encourage you to make your trip and experience more meaningful by planning enough time to take in all the Fair has to offer. We invite you to stay for an entire day! Fair attractions open at 12:00 PM and include:

Sí. Los estudiantes pueden traer sus almuerzos siempre y cuando no tengan envases de vidrio. Yes! If it is a plastic, disposable water bottle, please be sure it is unopened upon entrance into the fair. If it is a reusable water bottle, please ensure it is empty upon entrance into the fair. We have fill stations inside the fairgrounds where students can refill their water bottles. No glass water bottles or frozen plastic water bottles will be allowed.
