The Arizona State Fair is pleased to host educational opportunities and literacy programs for public, private, charter and home schools, as well as youth organizations. We invite your group to take part in all the Arizona State Fair has to offer in addition to the usual carnival fare!
The AZSF Field Trip Package includes:

Interactive Curriculum (available in 2016 for Pre-K through 3rd Grade)

The 2016 Main Attraction is FREE for registered Field Trips ONLY.
One (1) FREE ticket will be provided for each student AND adult chaperone registered with a Field Trip Group.
The Main Attraction for the 2016 Arizona State Fair is Rock U.
How the Arizona State Fair Field Trip Works:
Register - Complete the online Field Trip Registration Form HERE. Application must be received no later than October 1, 2016 to be considered. All reservations are made on a first come, first served basis.
Confirm - A confirmation with check-in location and other details will be emailed after your registration is confirmed. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your request to be processed. All registered children and adult chaperones will be admitted free of charge.
Arrive - All field trip groups MUST check in at the designated gate between 9am-11:30am. Field Trip groups are required to present their confirmation email to collect their packet and gain entrance to the Arizona State Fair. Adult chaperones checking in and entering separate from their respective group will be required to purchase an admission ticket ($10/ticket). Field Trip Groups MUST check-in and enter prior to 11:30am. No check-ins will be allowed or packets issued after 11:30am (even if group is pre-registered).
**The only item needed to check-in is the email confirmation you receive from the Arizona State Fair after your registration is accepted.**
2016 Arizona State Fair Available Field Trip Dates: October 12-14, October 19-21, and October 26-27.
Field Trip Groups are only allowed to enter between 9:00am - 11:30am.
Field Trip Groups are encouraged to carpool if not arriving in buses. All cars and vans will be charged per vehicle parking fee on all Field Trip days.
Parking is available in the North Lot for $10. The North Lot is accessible from 19th Avenue and Monte Vista Road. Discounted $5 parking is available in the 20th Ave. The 20th Avenue Lot is located on the Southwest corner of 19th Ave. & Encanto.
ADA cars and vans can apply for parking passes (please see below).
