NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
OF THE
ARIZONA EXPOSITION AND STATE FAIR BOARD
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38.431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Arizona Exposition and State Fair Board and to the general public of the following:
A quorum of the Board may be present at theAESF Strategic Planning Session to be held Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M., at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum, 1826 W. McDowell Road, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007. The workshop will generate discussion and information only and no legal action is anticipated or expected. Any Board action will be conducted at a properly noticed meeting with an agenda setting forth all action items.

In March 2018, the Governor’s Office, the State Historic Preservation Office, Arizona State University, the historical community, stakeholders, and our neighbors, played a significant role in the ability of AESF to conduct the March 2018 charrette to explore the betterment of the Fairgrounds.
