Store Usage Guidelines
You will be able to print your tickets immediately after purchasing, and redeem them at the Fair.
There will be no will call, nor will tickets be mailed.
You will notice that we are offering some great discounted packages this year – but keep in mind, they are available for a limited time only. No exceptions.
Please make sure you are aware of the expiration date(s) and any redemption restrictions, and make your purchases accordingly.
An email confirmation will be sent after your order is complete.
All customers should bring a photo ID to the Fair at time of redemption.
Also, be sure you have checked our Discounts web page to plan your trip. Many of our discounts are available on-site only and may not be purchased online.
There are no refunds on purchases, rain or shine.
A note about "e-tickets":
We are using a bar code system for rides and games, instead of the traditional hard tickets of years past. "E-tickets" work just like the previous system, except they are placed onto one credit card-sized, bar-coded card, and scanned each time you ride a ride.
As an example, if you purchase a $20 Fun Pass online, which equals 40 e-tickets, you will print your purchase at the end of the e-commerce process, and bring that to a Fair Midway Ticket Booth. At the booth, they will give you a credit card-sized, bar coded card "loaded" with 40 e-tickets. Then, you take this card to the rides or games you wish to use. Each ride or game requires a certain number of "tickets". The operators will scan your card at the ride or game. The required ticket amount will be deducted from your e-ticket card balance. So if you had 40 e-tickets on your card, and you chose to ride a 6-ticket ride, your remaining balance would be 34.
