ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
• Entry form
• Entry fee
• Sketch of proposed design (sketch must meet approval of the Arizona State Fair and Fine Arts Department and content must be appropriate to family event.)
EVENT RULES:
• All participants must pre-register prior to participating. Contact the Entries office for registration.
• Contest is open to participants 18 years and older.
• Contest is limited to 15 entries.
• Sketch must be 16”x24” and mounted on mat board with at least 1” border.
• Selected participants will be notified by September 25, 2009.
• Each participant will be assigned a 6x8 foot section of wall.
• Paints and supplies will be provided; all cans will be tagged to the artist and must be returned to the Fine Art Department once the painting is complete.
• Participants may display business card and artist information material (Upon approval of the Fine Art Dept)
• Management and judges reserve the right to remove entries, which are considered obscene or harmful to minors, as defined in the Arizona Criminal Code.
• Premiums will be mailed within 30 days of the conclusion of the 2009 Arizona State Fair.
